Seeking Terrain Suggestions for Treasure Island

Treasure Island received a significant terrain overhaul with VU10 and the results, whilst quite pretty, leave much to be desired in various areas.
Thus I am looking for feedback on the islands terrain and suggestions for improving it.
The general guidelines are:
- All terrain on the island needs to be accessible (preferably easily) by foot.
- All non-scenic areas need to be suitable to hunting within them, even if nothing currently spawns there.
The two scenic areas are:
- Lake Penzance - Center of the island.
- Robert's Gallows (and West Gallows) - the Volcano in the NW.
If you are an estate owner on the lake you are welcome to send in suggestions for improving the area, and any issues you have with your house.
For the Volcano it, and the unfortunate Globster stuck on the side of it, will be dealt with separately.
When sending in a suggestion please include:
- Description of the issue and/or improvement.
- Area of the island it is in (refer to in-world map).
- Co-ordinates of the issue and/or area for improvement.
If you're not sure what might be an issue consider this - if you are out hunting or mining and you ever think that some hill, ditch, or tree is slowing you down then it is a problem.
Report it and it'll quite likely either be smoothed out or removed :)
I do intend to try and keep the nice overall look that the island has, however practical considerations of the people visiting it are also extremely important.
