Planet Calypso is heading to three Australian Expos!

I am pleased to announce that Planet Calypso is heading to three Australian Expo's in 2009!

A crew of ambassadors drawn from the virtual planet will be on hand at each expo to demonstrate and explain life on Calypso, share their experiences with visitors, and encourage them to create an avatar and join our virtual community.

On Calypso there will be a variety of events ranging from PvP shootouts to TP runs and group hunts, all running in parallel with each expo and being broadcast live to the stand from the ambassadors perspectives.

The expo's are a great opportunity to meet fellow Australian participants so feel free to drop in, say hi, and have fun!
If you are unable to make it to an expo please join us at the in-world events!

First up we have GenCon Australia in Brisbane.
September 18th-20th at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Next we'll be at GO3 in Perth.
October 1st-4th at the Perth Convention Centre.

GO3 is the highlight of the tour and MindArk's own John Bates is guaranteed to be there!

Closing out the Aussie tour is iDEF in Melbourne.
October 30th to November 1st at the Royal Exhibition Building.

If you'd like to be an ambassador at one of these expo's look for an official announcement from First Planet Company in the near future calling for applications.
